Shipping is responsibility of customer, no shipping charges will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of receipt of product. Returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.
Returns must be received in like new condition, with original packaging and accessories. If return is damaged or missing components it could be subject to additional fees. Fees will be deducted from refund amount.

All returns will be processed and inspected within 14 working days of receipt.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all orders that are refused or unclaimed at the carrier level and returned to us. If you ship via DHL please be aware that we are charged for the shipment when it is returned to us. This charge is the responsibility of the customer.
